CHANCE KORNUTH

Chance Kornuth is the Founder and Lead-Instructor of Chip Leader Coaching. Over the course of his career he has won three World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets, one World Poker Tour (WPT) championship, and amassed over $15.6M in lifetime earnings (August 2023).

He was just 24 years old when he won his first WSOP bracelet in 2010, taking down the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event for $508,090. Kornuth added another bracelet when he won the WSOP.com Online High Roller for $341,598 in 2018.

When live poker returned in 2021, Kornuth got right back to his winning ways. He won the MSPT Venetian $1,600 Main Event for $412,086, and then won the Wynn Classic $3,500 NLH for $353,891. He topped the summer off with a third WSOP victory, winning Event #29: $10,000 Short Deck, winning $194,670.

His tournament tear continued in 2022 where he won two PGT Stairway to Millions events for $132,240, scooped a WPT victory in Choctaw for $486,600, and placed 2nd in the 75k High Roller for a career-high $721,144.

The summer of 2023 marked Chance’s best run of his career as he made 5 WSOP high roller final tables, won the Wynn $2200 Mystery Bounty (3,006 entries) and cashed for over $3.65 million in only 6 weeks.

Chance is the Co-Creator of Chip Leader AI, The Closer, Optimize Your Mind, and Bracelet Hunter. When he’s not accumulating chips on a deep tourney run, you can find him in Nashville spending time with his wife Emily and daughter Ryan.
